To provide a Reception Service at the Centre’s Head Office, and act as first point of contact to callers and visitors, as well as providing clerical and administrative support to the centre.
To assist in the financial management of the Communities 2.0 Package of Support funding scheme. To be responsible for the financial monitoring of all initiatives in receipt of a financial Package of Support award and to monitor initiative budgets and assist in the maintenance of financial control systems ensuring that we meet funding and audit requirements.
